I asked question about DVI-I to HDMI Cable 50 FT, (computer to tv). They said i needed a box to have more power because the wire is too long. Is it true? Or it will work good? tks
TV Guy is correct. 50ft is a stretch for a standard HDMI cable. You could use a repeater like this one

How spoiled. By far the best monitor I've ever had, and I had six months. Flawless, no dead pixels, and color cast called from side to side so low, I am not sure I really see what has been described. I use it for testing and digging MF digitized photographs, CS4, Models of development for my photos. But they are the most highly trained professional color and can be much more expensive to monitor. If you're also a bit 'in color management, then a degreecalibration seems wise.
